offset question...also need local shops

ok, im buying someone's wheels with very aggressive rear offset. 19x9.5 offset 23. i own a e90....is it possible to have it shaved few mm to make it fit on my car? im slammed on kw v1. if possible any local shops?

would suggest rolling/pulling fenders a littler rather than shaving off the hub... could sacrifice the structural integrity of the wheel

ive heard that alex does great work, but i dont want to drive to jersey. where or who can i go to to get fender rolled in queens or long island?

with fender rolling ,19x9.5 et23 should be OK
