My wife just paid for me to get my window's tinted for my birthday. I know you already have that done, I would say an IC would be a priority, before DPs. DPs my help peak numbers, but the IC will help make sure everything runs cooler/more properly.

i would be willing to bet that over the length of a 1/4 mile pull the fmic would be more beneficial than the dps.

+1 DP's only make more "power" than an FMIC for a dyno queen, if that.

No it will run perfectly fine w/o upgraded intercooler, but it would run better for longer with the fmic. Its definatly something to look at getting though. Either mod you go with I am sure you will be happy. I love my downpipes but can't wait for my fmic to come in as well.

no way in a 1/4mile fmic is better then downpipes really? i thought downpipes give more den double the power of a fmic and you wont get heatsoaked that fast will you?

So Jal
Vk fmic. Why vk? Because you can install it yourself. And return it to stock if you need to

If he's into AutoX or Tracking, then I'd do FMIC>DPs........IMO.

FMIC = consistent pull after pull but with less HP b/c the lack of DPs

DPs = more power but will heatsoak REAL fast on a drag strip or AutoX/Tracking due to the lack of FMIC.

Just figure out which one you're willing to sacrifice. Of course if you can, get both!!

Iam not worried about returning them to stock just because their cheaper and create a good amount of power and the fitment is ok.Plus iam into drag racing but iam not a maniac about it iall go 4-5 times a year just to see what my car can do.But iam not worried about numbers more than i know that i could beat 90% of all cars out their with what i got.
