Question How much do I torque the differential fluid plug?

I'm wanting to replace the differential fluid but was wondering if there is a specific amount the plug needs to be torqued to when putting it back on. Also, is the fluid below the correct type for a 2006 E90 325i? Thanks!

60 nm. The hex plug is 14mm.
