Petit Le Mans...Road Atlanta 2011

Just confirmed that I am off and heading to the track this year. Will probably be there 3 maybe 4 days camping or with a camper (gotta beg barter or steal this huge 5 wheel toy hauler)
This will be my first time at Petit so need "skinny" on where to park/camp and what to and not to do.

If I'm not in Germany or Canada, I'll be there. Have never stayed on the camp ground, but ask Greg, I think that he stayed there before. I'll let you know if I'm going for sure.

I'm definitely plan to be there unless something unforeseeable screws up my plans. My uncle parks his RV between turns 6 & 7. I highly recommend walking around to watch different parts of the track and seeing all of the event. Seeing the cars accelerate after 7 is amazing and watching them through turn 10 and 11 is insane.

The paddock area is really cool right before the race, you can see all of the cars and the super hot girls that stand next to them lol. I also recommend the Petron Tequila bar that is near all of the corrals

the Ferrari/Porsche corral was pretty nice last year, I look forward to the BMW one, but don't know if I will park there or not as of right now...

I can't wait!

We will be there for sure like every Year and we will be camping all weekend long..........
