Bosch or NGK?

Have an 07 E90, need to do the spark plugs and was wondering if there is a difference noticeable different between the Bosch and NGK Laser Iridiums? And also Amazon is telling me the plug gap is .06 and the NGK site tells me its .04?

I installed NGK Laser Iridium 5k miles ago and my engine is still intact...
