Non-brand name spacers
Anyone have any experience of these? I've seen these on eBay, sold from Birmingham.
2 X 13MM HUBCENTRIC ALLOY WHEEL SPACERS FIT BMW 3 SERIES E90 E91 E92 E93 TOURING http://bit.ly/TJ9cSt I can't see how more expensive ones could be that much better could they? |

I don't know the ins and outs, but I'd just be worried about quality. If anything goes wrong with them, your wheel could end up rolling off down the motorway with you in the bushes!
I have no evidence for this incidentally, I just don't like the thought of eBay stuff in such a critical area.

Its a gamble.
Ive seen some shocking cheap import spacers, but ive also seen some equally cheap spacers made by a local engineering company, built with the high quality materials and perfect tolerances. But how do you know where they have come from if buying from ebay? (unless you really trust the seller) Only real way is to know they are built properly is to buy branded (expensive) spacers. Like i say a gamble, but think what your gambling with. |
