I don't think it's bad.

But I would try it on the right side like where it is in the trunk.

Not sure I would ever do this but it's a cool idea. Just is a little big maybe.

The one on the 335is looks good, this imo is too big and doesn't really fit the dash.

Yeah, definitely not feeling that. If you wanted to put something like that there, at least go smaller and more subtle.
