Loaner Car BMW Mississauga

Question:

I'm dropping my car off for roof malfunction tomorrow at BMW Mississauga. (one of the motors on my 2008 e93 hard top decided to stop working, so they have to replace - not sure if its the motor, but all should be covered under warranty.). Im getting a BM loaner until they get my car fixed. Ive got a trip to Pennsylvania setup this thursday-sunday. Am i allowed to take the loaner cross border? Please advise. (I tried calling the service desk but they were unable to answer my question...#useless.)

I would get my car serviced later, but full warranty ends this november and i don't want any out of pocket hassles later on...

You better get permission first. I actually doubt the dealer will approve your LD trip, usually, some dealer will have a 100km max per day for loaner usage.

When at my original dealership, there is a km cap on the car and returning the fuel level. Another customer went over her km (around 200km for the day) and the SR was giving her a hard time.

So I doubt it.

Maybe ask the dealership if they also deal with a car rental company, like Enterprise, and get their preferred rate. Some rental companies also restrict your unlimited kms within Ontario.

Well... My experience was put my n52 for cylinder head replacement under warranty. The job done in three days but I drove the 328xi for six days to Montreal and blue mountain :S. don't wanna put these mileage on my little car.(planed the trip before I drop it off) They didn't say anything. Sorry that I don't know about cross boarder. But should be no problem

The loaner agreement I've received previously states that the car is only to be used and insured in Ontario.

Got a 2013 328i touring wagon. I like. Cant take it cross border and cant go over 100 km a day. Gay.
