After my 3600 mile round trip from Houston to San Diego and back. I am now at 62K. My car is daily driven and not a garage queen. On the round trip I avg. 25 mpg.
It drives better then the day I bought it thanks to performance upgrades like Cobb tune etc pushing close to 400hp/400 lb-ft of torque. It also looks better then the day I bought due to small cosmetic updates. So far so good. I am still under CPO warranty till 2013. I have no plans of getting rid of it any time soon even after the CPO warranty expires. I love my car what other appx. 400hp/400 lb-ft of torque car that gives 25 miles combined over 3600 mile round trip can I get that is this much fun to drive.

Bought it with ~40400 miles in March and now has almost 50k. I usually put 20-25k a year on my cars and I don't see this one being much different.

No, they can replace just the bad pieces. I had it done about two years ago and it is already time to do it again. I think it was only like $50 or $100 last time.

'07 328i, 97k miles, bought new
Regular stuff: oil changes, rear pads changed, shocks changed, tension struts changed, diff fluid changed, auto trans fluid changed, replaced battery, sparkplugs. Repairs and unresolved: Belt tensioner replaced Have a occasional (maybe once every month or two) problem: can here a whistle sound under the hood, particularly when I let off the gas. Come to a stop, the car may stall. If I simply turn off the engine and restart, it goes away. Go figure. Plan to do power steering fluid and coolant soon. Will need new front pads (on originals) in around 20k, |

This thread makes me feel slightly good about my 07 328i 6MT
79xxxk brakes all around @55k (Cool Carbon) Passenger seat sensor (needs replaced) And will need a new battery after this deployment. (just found out car won't start, been sitting in garage the past 5 months) Debating selling or keeping.... would upgrade to 09-10. Anyone else in this situation. Car will be payed off OCT 2012

bought at 54k now at 67k had new injectors, hpfp, plugs, oil gasket housing, brakes(horrible.. still dealing with the squeals), battery, and o2 sensors. Def not a car you want if you dont expect much maintenance to be done..

2007 335i with about 105k. No fuel pump issues or other inherent design problems others have complained of other than a little wastegate rattle. Been running a tune for most of the car's life. Bulletproof.

2007 335i with 107k. Im the second owner and bought the car 2.5 years ago (march-2010) with 32k miles on it. It was a cert/pre/own and the only thing it had problems with was the fuel pump which was replaced under warranty. Other than that I had just done typical maintenance: one battery, Oil changes, cabin filters and spark plugs (done by me) because the dealer charges WAAAAAAy too much. The car is obviously a daily driver (80 miles per day commute). The only problem I see is those darn runflats. They seem to desintegrate!!!! NO clutch or brakes needed yet and nothing mayor broken (knock on wood). Other than that this is a great car! HOpe this might help.
