I'm just amazed that the Police have that little control and/or the laws to enforce him to get out and comply with them? Judging by this I guess anyone can use this "loophole". It's a farce.

They could have done. In this situation though it seems as though they firstly weren't sure what they wanted him to talk about and secondly if they had forced the issue, the situation would have got a lot worse. Like I said, there are more ways to skin a car and this guy will probably ping up as a troublemaker in future. Either way, he's clearly a fucking cunt and needs to be culled like diseased cattle.
