Question about Bayside BMW in Queens, NY

I recently placed an order for an e92 328xi at Bayside BMW. Although I did feel like I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, I chose this dealer for the amount I was offered on my trade-in and also because it's easily accessible for me. Now, I recently noticed all of the negative feedback about their service department, but the posts are very outdated. My questions are: Did I make a mistake by choosing Bayside BMW? Should I be concerned about my new car's well-being when it goes in for service? Any input is appreciated. Thank you!

Given the fact that I live in Bayside, Bayside BMW is one of the BMW dealers in NYC I'd stay away from, not only customer service is on the downside, they probably have the worst attitute sales team people can possibly find. My advice to you is pick up your car asap and never go back.

if you are happy with your sales experience, then you are fine. just pick a differnt dealer for service, it may be inconvienent to go to say Hassel in Freeport or Rallye in Westbury, butheck you only should be going in for service once or twice a year anyway

They suck PERIOD. Sales rep's and the service DEPT. have terrible customer service. They also tend to charge more for parts. That's why i do business now with ESSEX BMW in NJ. This is my fourth BMW and i always get great service. I also "think" Bayside don't offer loner cars.

i agree, just head to rallye for a better experience. I couldve got a 10-15 dollar better deal on my lease a month but chose Bayside for convinience and also because i didnt want to wait any longer
