2010dvd in 2006 system?
I have a 12/2005 DVD in my BMW navigation Prof. system.. The car is from 01.01-06 and I wonder if I can use this DVD for my system.. Or is it only for the latest Idrive's?
  I'm planning on buying the DVD on e-bay, because its twice the price at the BMW dealer.. But I have to be sure it works.. No return policy.. |

Latest iDrive do not use DVDs, map data is stored on HDD.
So go for it...

Be careful. I don't think that is the latest version that will work for your car. If yours is the same as mine it will be the CCC version and the latest DVD is 2009.1
