Are we smarter than Pistonheads?
This was posted as an example question from a Police Assessment test on Pistonheads.
It's getting a lot of responses, the vast majority of which are wrong. I reckon us lot are much smarter, so I want to see if you can get it right: We are given the following information: Quote:

Its B. Innocent until proven guilty.. I guess with the limited info we have.
Not C as it could be possible to tell with some further investigations. Not A as then you are presuming he may have some guilt, but he might be a complete random bloke with a motobike. |

Who decides what the right answer is?
No wonder the Police are so miserable these days having to sit through shite assesments like this. Stuart Brown should be roughed up a bit, if he didn't do it fair enough, he might just spill the beans on who did do it.

So far we are doing a lot better than Pistonheads.
The answer is C: Impossible to Tell (Well done Will, Helen and Tony). The majority of people on Pistonheads can't work out why and are convinced that the person who set the question is wrong. |

Poor friggin Stuart cops for it (get it ha, ha), purely by auto suggestion ie. youths on bikes pulling wheelies on the football pitch and the statement that Stuart rides a motorcycle. Then the key words 'school' and 'vandalised' are used in the same sentence as his name.

I will side with what I believe a courtroom of my supposed piers would decide upon.
A. By reason of "I mean, Brown, really, come on. Just sounds guilty doesn't it." |
