Will these small chips affect the functionality of these fog bulbs?

I don't believe, so but I have them for sale, and I want to make sure I can retain a potential buyers confidence on their integrity- does anyone with experience on fog light bulbs know for sure?

I just want to maintain my honesty integrity as a seller, to confirm if they're still good for selling, or if I should pull them from sale.

Coating is there only to create a specific colour, it will not hinder functionality.

Okay great! I'm pretty sure that was the case but I just didn't want to sell it to someone and then hear that they didn't work properly- thank you for the confirmation, I mean they're already yellow colored glass
