Why is the Chinese government so strange? Friend of mine just purchased a car new and said, the car needs 10k miles or the import tax would be extravagant. I told him he can put the car on jack stands and leave it running overnight

. There will still be new car smell, tires will be brand new yet, when they see 10k miles on the car, the import tax is less.

Hahah... I wish! Cars have technology these days.... mileage is stored in a few different places.

Funny thing is, the car will have 10k miles on it, but all the plastic on seats/carpets/etc will still be present.

Next question presented to me would be - Where to buy sand and throw it into the car. hahahahah.
