Unfortunately, The money we all put in our cars is not the best investment. I purchased my 2011 e90 with less than 15K miles for 33K in 2013. I know you have a lot of money in the car, but 36K for a 2009 which is 6 - 7 years old is unrealistic. Most people who want the mods are probably younger and not able to get a loan from a bank for an amount so much above Blue book. The banks don't factor in the mods when calculating the value.

Beautiful car very nicely done. I would part out.
