Is it possible to run MHD stage 2+ flash only with the JB4 installed? I’m just looking to compare the drivability of the MHD only compared to JB4 + BEF. Do I just set the JB4 to map zero and run the JB4 in flash only mode?

The easiest way to do that is to set JB4 to mode 4/4 flash only mode so it runs the flash boost target.

To fully bypass it you also need to put the white subconnector to factory.

The JB4 can be set to control meth only on any flash map.

Do you plug the white connectors for the JB4 back into themselves or leave them disconnected?

Is there any information listed anywhere on how to use it as a meth controller only while running full flash only? I’m a bit confused as to how to do it.

White subconnector just sits out of the way. On mode 4/4 with no white subconnector the you'd just select map1, and set meth trigger = 1 to enable meth flow. That is the most basic implementation.

Does this alter the TMAP information at all and does this allow me to datalog with MHD?

Does not alter TMAP. JB4 needs to be on map0 to log with MHD.
