How conservative are these offsets...

...for an E92 coupe...

Front: 19x8.5, offset +40
Rear: 19x9.5, offset +45

Tires:
Front: Toyo T1S, 235/35/19.
Rear: Toyo T1R, 265/30/19.

My current ride height...

Those offsets are E46 spec so they're fairly conservative, but you're pretty low, meaning you wont have any fender rubbing issues. You might not have enough clearance on the strut side. I ran into this issue being low with a 19x8 et 40 up front.

You could always throw some spacers on to bring the offsets closer to +30/+35

If anything, you can use some spacers and make it fit, but I think it'll still look fine on your car. I agree with Kevin, your car is pretty low so you should be ok.

Very conservative, they are going to be tucked in from front to rear. As mentioned you'd want to put spacers on it to make it look properly to the fender.
