I have emailed the main customer service address, and have been in contact with Elliot on numerous occasions. So yes, I've contacted them over and over.
I'm typically a patient guy, but this is rediculous

All previous communication has been via email, so that's not the problem. I just keep on getting reply after reply saying they will be sent out soon and they never are

a lot of vendors want email only. HPB has a number on there site and i swear its in an empty office lol. i have tried calling them a million times, NEVER answered.

Can't you just buy a set for a few bucks on eBay? You're wasting more time and energy than required to just buy a replacement set and stick on your wheels.

You were also instructed that the wheel caps would be shipped out soon, were they? No, so FFS, CALL! It makes a difference! I called mod bargain when I needed assistance with something, it took me 5mins to fix over phone rather than sending e-mails and waiting 5 minutes for a reply!

What wheel caps? You have this confused with someone else

The mode of communication does not matter here, the obvious problem is bad customer service after 3 MONTHS when I've been using their preferred method of communication!

**********s will most likely see this and your problems should be fixed asap. sort of unfortunate that it had to come to this but no one should blame you or refute your actions. id be pretty upset myself especially if i paid extra.

And to those that say to call them, I personally wouldve done so. BUT he isnt obligated to. **********s provides both their number and email, as a customer, he could choose one or the other as means of communication but as a vendor that doesnt excuse **********s for neglecting either or.

There is no excuse for the delay and this is something that should have been taken care of immediately. Like I have already mentioned in my previous thread, this is the first time that I am personally hearing about this issue and I will do my best to get this taken care of promptly. Given the circumstances, a better gesture would have been to take care of the problem before you posted. Not sure the OP wants to keep hearing excuses why it didn't get done and that someone new is going to now try his best to get it taken care of promptly.
