I have emailed the main customer service address, and have been in contact with Elliot on numerous occasions. So yes, I've contacted them over and over.
I'm typically a patient guy, but this is rediculous

All previous communication has been via email, so that's not the problem. I just keep on getting reply after reply saying they will be sent out soon and they never are

I was instructed to communicate via email when calling, so I'm not going to waste my time calling every few days with no help

a lot of vendors want email only. HPB has a number on there site and i swear its in an empty office lol. i have tried calling them a million times, NEVER answered.

**********s will most likely see this and your problems should be fixed asap. sort of unfortunate that it had to come to this but no one should blame you or refute your actions. id be pretty upset myself especially if i paid extra.
And to those that say to call them, I personally wouldve done so. BUT he isnt obligated to. **********s provides both their number and email, as a customer, he could choose one or the other as means of communication but as a vendor that doesnt excuse **********s for neglecting either or. |

There is no excuse for the delay and this is something that should have been taken care of immediately. Like I have already mentioned in my previous thread, this is the first time that I am personally hearing about this issue and I will do my best to get this taken care of promptly. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to earn your business and we'll definitely make things right!
