I got it done by someone at a shop, but I he used the screws at the bottom and betalink or some other adhesive i think

Lots of people do it to match the kidney grilles.

I masked off everything and used a paint brush to paint it. Turned out great.

Use the product listed below because it bonds great to plastic and it is resistant to chipping. I sprayed it into a cup and painted the grilles with a brush.
