Wrt convoy run, the decision was made to put the faster cars upfront in order of performance. This was done for the comfort of all attendees. Those with heavier right feets were welcome to run at their desired pace as soon as the road opened up. We must concede that the media coverage could have been better. We stationed a media car upfront and efforts to cover the convoy from behind didn't prove too fruitful as we didn't expect the front runners to start barrelling down so fast on GW parkway Believe me, I was driving the chase media car and I was caning Shim's E46 quite liberally Nonetheless ample E90 footage/materials were captured. We are still waiting for the bulk of the pictures including the individual shots. On the issue of inter-forum coordination/relationship, I think DC Metro IV proves it to be a success. Our ECE and M3Forum brethren added an additional dynamic element to our community and we welcome/appreciate their support.

stock conti's are still on there, I only have about 8500 miles on the car, and I just came back from importfest/canada this past weekend. Just springs for now, H & R sport I think, its 1.5 in the front and 0.5 in the back. I can verify the exact spring if you would like. When my shocks die I will probably get some koni yellows if they're made for my car or maybe some bilsteins. I want to maintain the stock suspension profile if I can, coil overs can be a hassle, however I havent gotten a chance to ride in a car with PSS9's yet.

Well springs and shocks are 800$ H & R w/koni yellows or bilstein shocks Pss9 is 1500 bucks From my personal experience with coil overs, its a harsh ride, but handles excellent, I prefer a more stock ride, so I am going with a spring/shock combo to more closely maintain the suspension geometry /thread hijack.. perhaps we should stick to PM or you can IM me at jnayar

Negative Chief...Shim was working on it with the ECE photographers/media. He has all the materials. All I know is that the video didn't come out as well as he hoped for. I hope he didn't shelve it on the basis of it not meeting his usually lofty standards

Ahhh sort of a Year in Review presentation. Good thinking Chief. I'd ask our resident media expert, Shim for help on that project. If that doesn't work out, perhaps the DC metro production troupe can present this 'year-in-review' through intrepretive dance ... Wheeeee..... Any volunteers?
