Will this set-up work?
OK I've asked a few people on this board their opinion on whether this set-up will work on my e92 335xi and wanted to know if anyone had any additional input. I'm getting a set of iForged size 20x8.5 and 20x10 and plan on running toyo t1r's size 245/30/20 in the front and 285/25/20 in the rear and dropping it with H&R sport springs. Will this rub? I would prefer NOT to roll the fenders or any other modifications, however, aftering talking to some of you I'm under the impression that I still may have some rubbing in the rear, especially with 2 people in the back. Anyone have any experience with this issue? Thanks!

What's the offset on them? With the correct offset it should work. However, I would go with 275 instead of 285 as there is more inherent risk of rubbing with 285.

Not sure of the offset Kenny. I would assume iForged would make the correct offset as they are made specifically for my car, but who knows. Anyways, isn't a 275 tire going to be stretched?

275 is fine on 10" wheels. 265 is perfectly fine with 9.5" so since you're only going up by .5", 275 will work just fine. The only thing is that it's virtually impossible to find 275/25/20 tires. So your only choice would be to go with 285 but that might require fender rolling. When putting in the order make sure you let them know what you're planning to do so that they can take everything into consideration.

I guess I'll just have to see what happens.. the xi sits slightly higher to begin with and the h&r sport drop isn't too extreme so I'm hoping I'll be OK. Anyone else have any input?
