jb3 install question please chime in!

hey guys just got a brand new jb3 plug n play

i was looking at the equipment that i recieved. there is a serial cable that is connected to the wires..

well when i look at the serial cable it is missing 3 prongs.
is that normal and does everyone can verify there is the same way?

i will post pictures soon

I would imagine any intake will work fine with them, I just put on the BMS DCI with my scoops and so far so good.

That's normal for three wires to be missing. Mine was the same, if you pick up a boost gauge that is compatible with the jb3, you'll get an adapter from Terry that will require you to pin out those last three holes.

This is a great question. Many thanks to the OP for being very observant. I'm running a JB+ and plan to move up to the JB3 in the near future. I'm a stickler for detail and I would have also had a question about this. Enjoy your JB3 Bud! Let us know how she does for ya.

press and hold the gas for 4-5 seconds, release and then pump the gas 7 times and you will be on map 7
