Currently I have 255/35/18 with M3 spec which is 9.5 et 23.
It seems no rub at stock height. Maybe you can use this as reference and do some calculation.
Hope these help.

You have xDrive. You can't put wider(taller) tires in the rear without changing the front, too.

Check this for tire diameter setup if you are going for staggered

That's what I run on my X drive, except.

Continental ExtremeContact DW 235/40/18 Front
Continental ExtremeContact DW 265/35/18 Rear

On VMR Wheels

V703 18x8.5 ET35 5x120 72.6 Gunmetal Front
V703 18x9.5 ET33 5x120 72.6 Gunmetal Rear

I'm also lowered on KW V1. The tires will fit but really depends on the offset of the wheels that will make or break them fitting. My fenders are not rolled either BTW.

+1 on this - also lowered. No rubbing issues at all - considering adding spacers to mine to get more flush fitment.

Thanks I understand that, but the issue is the LCI rears have less clearance than the non-LCI's. I already know which tires I want and that fit for the front.

On the V1's you dont rub at all with 265's? Thats good to hear. What setting do you have them at? At the highest V1 settings how much lower is that than x-drive stock suspension? I was thinking about picking up some V1's too. Thanks Jeff

Also post pics of your ride!

I see. Well Apex wrote this to me and I guess I just wanted a definitive answer whether it would rub or not:

Front: 18x9 ET30 (concave face) - 235/40/18
Rear: 18x9.5 ET35 (concave face) - 265/35/18
* These rear tires may require LCI sedans to have rolled rear fenders to prevent rubbing.

I am running M3 spec on my LCI xi without rolling fender:

front: 18x8.5 et 29 - 225/40/18
rear: 18x9.5 et 23 - 255/35/18

With stock height, so far i don't have any rub.....yet
going to install my KW V1 this thursday, then maybe I need some negative camber.

Your setup difference to mine:
Front: you are 4mm wider (I still see rooms on mine, so you should be fine)
Rear: mine even stick outer than yours

just FYI.

It would have been helpful for you to say that in your original post; you can see why I was worried.

At least you don't have to worry about clearance for chains.

Technically the rear of an LCI has the same clearance, but the hub sticks out 8mm more. I am running 285's on the rear and have plenty of room to go up to 305's with the right offset.

So if someone with a pre-lci says they are running a 30 offset, you can have the same look with a 38 offset. The offset is the mounting surface distance in mm from the centerline of the wheel.

I'm about 12 threads up from the bottom on the front. That's my only means of measurement.

No rubbing. I was debating on throwing some 5MM spacers to see if any rubbing would occur.

Mine is a coupe though. I thought you had a coupe too. IIRC coupes have less clearance then Sedans. It's been a while since I got into looking for every last bit to go flush. My xi is my DD so I try not to get too crazy.

Yeah it was a CPO that I picked up with only 700 miles on it. It was practically a brand new car for CPO price, so the X-drive wasnt really a deciding factor.

ok. just got my car back from installing KW V1.
The rear is like 1 finger gap. So it rubs a bit when going big bump.
Going to do alignment 2 weeks later and will go for some more negative angle and hope that will help.
