Base stereo help
I'm am looking in to getting my base stereo upgraded and after hours of reading I can't figure out if I am able to code my base stereo to hifi or should I get something like a clean sweep ?

Coding is much cheaper and allows you to introduce fewer aftermarket components for a cleaner install and a bit less power drain.
Code to hifi, technic harness, JL 600/6 amp, MB quart 3-way kit, and done. Sub optional.

They were charging about 160 plus a security deposit on the cable . You have to have a laptop and work with them on it. On the later model cars after 09 or 08 you need a icom cable to code the radio rather than the simple coding cable most use. |
