Dealer Visit
I will be going to the dealer soon for my standard maintenance.
Should I just uninstall Cobb completely from my car, or is there a "stock" mode that I put it back to? After the visit, I would just load the same Map again from scratch? Thanks. |

It takes ~10 mins to uninstall Cobb. Why in the world would you leave it on when it is so simple to uninstall?

I definitely want to remove it from the car before the dealer visit. I'm asking if the procedure is to uninstall it entirely, and then re-install it, or am I supposed to load a "stock" map that makes the care operate in stock mode. I had a VW before and with that car I couldn't remove the software entirely, but would drop it into stock mode. I'm wondering how Cobb works. |

They can still detect your tune even on stage0 (stock map). its safer to uninstall it completely.
