Meguires wash + zaino -- ok?

From what I've read here and other places I think I've decided on the Zaino system. Is it okay to wash a car with Meguires gold class soap on a Zaino'd car? I know Zaino has Z-7, but I have a brand new gigantic bottle of Meguires. Will it take off any of the layers of the Zaino?

Yes, you can use your megs wash. It will work fine.

Worked fine for me too.. Was visiting my parents over the holidays and ended up wanting to wash my car (it was almost 60F!!). All the had around was some Meguires Crystal wash... Not a problem (i.e. didn't strip any of the zaino)
