Went to STS to mount my new non runflats and...

Look what they did to my wheels - this is the worst one, but all 4 are somewhat damaged - they did it Thursday didn't tell me- I washed it today and noticed the damage

I called them, they said bring it down - after looking at them the manager did offer to send them out to get repaired -

I asked if they can also cover a rental, he said yes, but it won't be a bmw - maybe a Peugeot - he was joking a little

Just hope wherever they send them out they do a good job

Bummer - I'm sold I'd rather pay extra and have bmw do all the work

Can't depend on any Indy anymore doing quality work

What a bummer. I'm such a pain about the install. Make sure the refurb is perfect. You have to be terribly specific from the jump so people put effort from the get.

You should have taken your car to this guy. They do everything by hand and feet so there's not gonna be any damage

Don't be do sure about that. BMW farms their wheel work to indies. Mine were redone at a dealer. They then took my car through their auto car wash to make it look good, which scratched and scraped each wheel. Square one.

Dude even took his shoes off to mount tire. I'd like to see him do a 35 series tire. It takes 2 guys and a machine where I work.
