I'm sure that includes installation of the SAT module in the trunk. You can buy the module used for $200 - $300, install yourself and pay for the programming at the dealer (around $100), much cheaper that way.

Thanks a lot for the help... Where is this module. I have a 08 coupe. I looked in the trunk on left where it says cd. I opened and found what looks like an amp. Is this it...or is this an amp. Also right next to it there is a wire that is wrapped up.
Lastly if this isn't it where can I find a used one...what should search for..? Tks |

Remove the trunk bottom panel. The sat module would be in the space on the left side adjacent to the back seat wall. Go to the FS section and post a wanted ad, or you can go to ebay. Make sure you check out realoem.com for the correct part number.

I am a little confused on this issue. I have a '11 328ix with nav & Idrive. No Sat. indication on the selection options so I assume I don't have Sat radio. Do I need a module or just coding? Somehwere I read that the car is already capable but needs the code.
