I don't know. You better ask Kevin (e90post user name: klove83). Kevin, hopefully your suspension didn't fall apart after I put on your springs?

Good grief, not that I heard! Geeesh. We're all killin' Joe's confidence. I would think Kevin would tell me if his suspension crapped out.

Hey guys Im doing good thanks for the concern LOL
Alex did a fantastic job and couldnt be any happier. Im running my h&r springs on my stock struts and shocks and it feels great... i think im 7k ish miles on these springs so far and no abnormal noises. Alex would do a great job and will help to clean off the parts before they are installed back on. Id love to go up there and have a little meet up.

I hear that. I spend more time than most making sure the car is safe on the stands. My brother told me the story of working under his e28 years ago loosening a sub-frame bolt: As he was doing this (bolt required 120 ft -lbs or so), the car slipped off one of the stands. The only thing that saved his life was that he used his jack as a back up.
