Need my fenders Rolled

So my new coiliver height settings are causing me to rub a bit and I was looking to just get my fenders rolled to avoid the hassle and avoid any more negative camber.

Any places in the Brampton/Mississauga/Vaughan areas that do good fender rolls?

Search results only showing speedstar, was hoping for something a bit more local.

IIRC there's nothing to "roll." I think you have to cut the material, if you take a look at your fender, it's pretty much "rolled."

That's what I thought as well, it seems there's nothing to roll on my E92 fenders, but I still hear plenty of people rolling them and being able to eliminate rubbing in some cases.

Yeah, to be honest I felt around to see what kind of room I would open up with rolling and I was a bit puzzled as to what I'm feeling for.

However I see tons of threads about rolling the rears and eliminating rubbing issues so I'm guessing there is something there to roll.

Bimmersport rolled my fenders and they did a great job You can role 5mm out of them very easily, and more if you need with some more work. I think mine are roled 10mm or so.

I won't speak for bimmersport but I don't think its 400.00 to roll a whole car I would call them as it should be MUCH cheaper. I think they could do all 4 fenders in 45min-hour so figure one hours labour charge.

how do you figure? I was quoted $100 a fender by a local shop. Mike stated that is a ripoff apparently and that bimmersport can do it in 45min-1 hour. I know their hourly rates, which is why I said "$100 for all 4 is a sick price". So wtf are you talking about? I love people who make stupid comments.

ive never rolled my fenders before, so excuse my ignorance. I'm just going based on what I was told. I always made sure to get a setup that didn't require any fender rolling.

1. on your e92, there isn't much to roll, as it's already rolled from factory. you can roll the bottom part around teh wheel well or flatten the centre as well. will give you 2-5mm more clearance

2. rolling should be around $100 give or take depending on the place. pm me if you want, and i will reco you the best place in TO. E92s can only roll rear 2 fenders

3. if you think 2-3 mm is going to solve your problem, you might has well add a tiny bit of camber...camber = much better solution for rub on e92. i would say you can still stay near stock spec to gain 2-3mm of clearance...IIRC stock camber is like -1.7 with toe at .15...if you set camber around -2 and tow at around .5 o .10, you will get the wanted clearance and "improve" your car's handling

That's a good price, will get in touch with them and will probably get my meth kit thrown in while I'm at it

Hmm damn, only 2-5mm clearance that sucks haha, my buddy stuck in a 12mm spacer after a fender roll and claimed stock camber, maybe he just doesnt know? LOL.... -2 camber shouldn't effect tire wear TOO MUCH, looks like I will take care of that when getting my alignment done.

lol - he probably wasn't rubbing before.

2-5mm is very conservative. but for sure, you can get more from camber vs fender rolling.

-2 would be perfectly fine. Our cars are meant for negative camber. I ran -2.5 for a couple years, and after 20k, my tires actually weared very equally.

The most aggressive setup I've tried on my E92 has been: 19x10 +25 with 265/30/19, I was lowered to about H&R sport height (ie. -1.5") and with -2.8 to -3 camber and max toe I was fine, zero rubbing.

Sorry but I have to disagree. You can role way more then 2-5mm on an e92

Here is a pic of ~10mm role on my car.

Maybe I'm just not sure....but the fender lip itself is not even 10mm wide, how can it be rolled more? If you feel the lip of the fender that rolls inside, at most it's 5mm.

Are you sure you just rolled? I think you actually have a pull of the fender, which is a whole different thing.
