Free Maintenance on used car

I am considering buying a low miles 335i. Does the BMW Ultimate Service, or whatever the free maintenance program is called, move over to me? Thanks.

Garage List
warranty and maintenance goes with the car, not driver

I bought a 06 325i used and have been back to the dealer to fix many items

that the original owner neglected. Service works well.
