2009 BMW Fest

so my MD, Del, & Va comrades. how many are planning to go to this event in New Jersey ? i'm sure there must at least be a hand full.
there isn't much time, 12 July 2009 will be here before we know it. in reading back there were some who went last year, and commented that a good time was had by all. so if those who are interested in caravanning together please chime in.

Hey guys, i am organizing the Philadelphia / South Jersey crew up.

If you guys have a caravan up, we can meet at one of the NJ Turnpike (I95) rest stop and then meet together and then head up again if you guys want.

We have about 10-12 cars right now, barring anyone backing out.

Then, we are meeting the North Jersey crew on the GSP rest area at McDonalds.

I can print and bring 20-30 copies of the agenda + directions and hand it out to you guys just in case.

So, if you guys are serious about going up, then we can meet you guys at a rest area on the NJ Turnpike (The one after you pass Exit # 7A, and there is only 1 rest stop between 7A and exit 9) at around 8:30 - 8:40am.

PM me whoever is the organizer/leader for the MD/NOVA crew.

that's an 8 hr round trip drive...on a sunday no less. maybe if it was held on a saturday; or somewhere in south jersey.

i know i'm in northern md, but i can get to exit 7 (which is close to the meet)on the NJ turnpike in 1 1/2 hrs.

how about a meet at the maryland house, mile marker 83 on I-95.

there is a message from some plilly guys that want to meet at one their rest stops.

yea, it is pretty long for you guys~

So, its quite understandable... even for us, its 1.5 hour driv from Philly.

its a matter of getting up early (for you guys, probably leaving at 7:15am), and you guys'd probably leave around 4-5pm, and still get hom at 8-9pm to MD?

Then again, this is one of the bigger get-togethers hosted by a sponsor.

If you guys do have some guys coming up, we (south jersey/philly) crew will wait at one of the rest stops (prbably the one after 8A on I95) and meet you guys at around 8:30-40am.

I agree the sunday thing sucks but should be fun guys... by the way BMFeast will be announced shortly as well in all likely be sometime Late Aug-Early Oct!!

its already JULY... and no announcement yet..?

Exton is only about 30 min away for me.. might check it out. :P

no offense, but I have heard mostly bad stories about Otto BMW...
