Found Lemförder M3 Rear Subframe Bushings
Does anyone know the manufacturer of the OE M3 rear subframe bushings (#382, 383) - was there any name on them? I have found them in Lemförder's Teilekatalog while searching for E91 replacement parts (Bilstein B12 kit is on the way!). They look identical to the OE BMW bushings...
BMW: 33 31 2 283 382 Lem: 37798 01 BMW: 33 31 2 283 383 Lem: 37797 01 The Lemfoerder bushings are ca. €10 cheaper than OE (link) It's weird that this has not been discovered; Lemfoerder makes standard non-M OE bushings (and other stuff obviously), TRW makes M suspension parts and yet almost no shop is selling these? Lemförder #382 on the left, BMW #382 on the right

Have seen them from our supplier, but have yet to install a set to see if they are quality parts.

My experience with some lemforder parts hasn't been the best. I wouldn't risk it for something as involved as the subframe bushing install.

Sadly, time is the way to tell with parts like these. Some of them are OE carbon copies actually made by OEMs, however, if there aren't many testimonies it's hard to back them.
As zero2sixty says, they're a gamble. |
