Suspension Refresh Kit

I'm going to be ordering some new coilovers and also wanted to freshen up the supporting parts.

Looking at these 2 kits:

Is there any advantage/reason to go with the more expensive, genuine BMW parts kit?

Lemforder is generally speaking the oem supplier.

I just redid my suspension from stock/ standard suspension to a bilstein b12 pro kit. I only needed new strut bearings, upper-upper shock mounts, upper-lower shock mounts, and lower shock mounts. My car has 120k.

You don't need all the extra bolts etc. I live in Michigan and we use salt on the roads. Corrosion on the bolts and the bolts being frozen as a result was a key concern of mine. A little kroil penetrating oil over night with an air gun did the trick. Bolts were still in very good after 8 years of Michigan winters.
