Shadow Fault Code Help

I have a list of shadow codes that I can't find anything on.
Only thing I have done recently was update to the new stage 2+ map and I had to open up my gear shifter to reconnect broken wires to get my sport mode +/- back. While I was fixing the wires in the shifter, my battery did die because I was doing it at night with the lights on in the car. I had to jump start my car. I am confused about the fuel level codes though. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

You need a program like inpa to get rid of the code history. Don't worry about shadow codes only worry about the active ones
