Whining sound during acceleration?

2011 335xi n55, fbo. During acceleration and when braking at low speeds right before it changes gear, there's a slight whining sound. This sound goes away after accelerating for a bit and when I'm braking, it goes away before a downshift but after it comes back. I opened my hood while the car was running to see where it was coming from and it seems to be coming from somewhere underneath the BMS intake?

Anyone? No codes or anything. The whining is very high pitched. I checked my exhaust vacuum line by my taillight and its plugged in so it's not that.

Remove and inspect your oil filter. Could be deformed/crushed.
