need help searching for misfire with no code

hey guys appreciate how helpful everyone on these forums have been! im a bit stuck and need some insight here, i have a 2011 n55 e92 6 speed, i have a pure stage 1 turbo, vrsf 7 inch front mount, evolution raceworks charge pipe, vrsf down pipe, bmw performance exhaust, 450 low pressure fuel pump, bms intake, and was running the mhd stage 2+ tune, i went to get a tune monday and car was misfiring while running boost above 3k on the dyno without throwing any codes, i had just replaced the coils and plugs 2 weeks prior to hopefully avoid this issue, now its constantly misfiring under load above 3k,ive already ordered OE coils and ngk plugs but i just need some insight on what could be happening, can coils and plugs go bad that quickly or are there defective issues with delphi coils or ngk iridium plugs? delphi part number is 12138616153, sorry for being so wordy i just want my car to make the power that it should. car doesnt have a rough start or idle and and i dont smell gas anywhere so i dont think its the injectors. thanks guys appreciate any help given, i did 2 logs in 3rd gear wot from 2k, but im very green and cant really make sense of the data, im praying that someone on here can, i really need help and just want my car to be ok, thanks in advance guys and appreciate any feedback!

There's a lot going on here. So these logs are with a custom tune? It's overboosting by up to 3 psi, and a lot of timing correction on cyl 2. Have you tried flashing back to the OTS stage 2+ with the current plugs/coils and seeing if you get the misfire again? If no misfires, I'd say it's all in the custom tune. Another issue is even at partial pedal position, your throttle position is still at 100 (99.9). I don't know how that's even possible, unless the custom tune has the Valvetronic screwed up..

That last one you didn't stay in it long enough to tell much. I assume you let off when it misfired. Before changing the coils or plugs, make sure the coils are seated properly, connectors are plugged in correctly, and the plugs are gapped right. Did those NGKs come pre-gapped? Should be 0.8mm or 0.03 inches.

You may want to try opening the gap a little. I can't imagine that little of a difference causing a misfire, but you want the biggest possible without spark blowout. Sure you can PM them, no need to pay me.
