BT Tool to reprogram battery NEED HELP ASAP THANKS

I need somebodys help to reprogram a new battery that im gonna have to buy from bmw...does anyone in the Broward or miami area have one? need to kno ASAP im not gonna have the dealer charge me another 200 to labor and reprogram. Thanks guys and please let me know ASAP
