Warning! Scammed on eBay.de by seller walkuere84

Bought and payed a set of wheels from walkuere84 in the beginning of may. He/she provided me with false shipping-id´s but never sent them! And is now not responding to my messages at all so beware of this seller!!!

File a claim with eBay or paypal. If that doesn't work I hope you paid with your credit card, and file a claim through them.

Unfortunately I was naive and did this outside eBay and payed with paypal so I don´t think anyone can help me there?

PayPal can still help. Try filing do a claim and see what happens. You have nothing to lose except your money and all to gain

If it was a credit card you can still try to file a claim. If you paid with paypal from bank account or sent as gift then you are out of luck.

You can file a claim with paypal, but if the money is not in the person's account (he probably withdrew all funds), then paypal will not help you. You can also file a police report, but that will probably not get anywhere in terms of recovering funds.

I´ll give it a try and let you know what happens but I don't have any high hopes
