ipod EQ

Has anyone here done any testing with the ipod's built in EQ? My sound system doesn't have an EQ, only DSP, and I'm wondering if the ipod's EQ can help. I've played around a little but it's really hard to tell if it's doing anything.

Your iPod's EQ will have an effect if you play it on your car's speakers.
