sounds a little high but a low mileage car with the right color combo and options will probably sell for what the dealer is asking up in the Bay Area.

New the car sold for 10-12k more. This car is 2 years old and the market is crap.

37k way too much,im guessing it a CPO at that price. 30k-32k resonable...

Exactly what I was thinking...low 30's seem reasonable

It is also an early 07 model with a production date of (10/06)....is that something I should stay away from?

KBB states the car is worth 37k.

The car was made 10/06... there nothing you should loose sleep over. they did do some upgrades in mid 2007.

people are getting 2007 335i's (mostly sedans) for 30k +-. I'd be hard pressed to pay the 37 or close to it they are asking.

I'd throw them 30k and say its not the refreshed 2007 1/2 model , tires are worn (expensive) and its too high given the current market and refresh in 2010.

they may laugh at you but if they are a serious dealer they will counter the offer.

each market has it's own pricing. they Bay Area, from my experience, has a little bit of an inflated price point. Fly down to LA and you'll see the prices drop.
