Bumper was freshly painted last week, idk why the pic looks like it has scratches

Couldyou give some basic instructions on removing the front bumper/fender clip? I have issues with rubbing on that piece. Thanks in advance!

My mechanic who installed my coilovers removed that clip for me. Very simple only couple of screws.. once you open up your fender liner you will see what screws to take out in order to take out the clip.

Yeah it rubs here and there but more on uneven surfaces
