guys i really cant get the sstt out

i tried everything. had my sister [whos better than me at mechanical stuff] come help me and she cant get it either. i cant find where the clip is. theres like three slats, i put the included tool or a dime in the pried up and nothing

Ask in your local threads if anyone that has experience can help you...I am sure there are many members that have the SSTT in florida somewhere near you!

use a USB cable and you can slide it under the clip to lift it up and pull the connector off
