Broke Nipple for vacuum tube on intake manifold. Help

Well, I decided to do the walnut blasting. When I went to remove the vacuum tube from the intake manifold. I broke it off. As seen in the picture. Any advice on how to fix this, without buying a new intake manifold.

A lot of build up on the intake valves.

Drill it and get a self tapping brass one. In the future, cut vacume lines off.

This is what I was thinking, where would you find a self tapping that small?

I cut most of my other vacuum lines off, I just thought how easy this one was to get to.
