I love old Land Rovers, a proper country vehicle - remember bouncing around in the back of them (and early RR's) in the late 70's and 80's in Suffolk - a proper piece of agricultural kit. Seems as if I may be about to commute to Cambridge every day so I think it might be about time to get a modern diesel too. 320 d here we come! |

I'm not that sold on newish cars any more, the depreciation kills any savings you might realise from fuel efficiency.
If I replace my 335i it will be with a diesel for about £5k (3yo Mondeo or passat etc) yawn.. Then an ariel atom or similar for the weekend and track days etc - these are holding their value very well... Or an even more alternative thought is to buy a BMW 750i circa 2000model with lpg for about £5k instead of the diseasel.

Just short if a couple of k and 2 owners Carlos. Not bad for an old barge! Forgot the joys of an old car though, as the fan clutch just went and it nearly overheated. Hmmm. Hope I don't live to regret this one!

ahh, this brings back memories, i owned a white one with blue leather, i replaced the 15" alloys with 17" and thought that was a crazy mod. I loved that car.
Look very clean, enjoy.
