Keep blowing o2 sensor fuse?

Soo today i was trying to fix the p0238 over boost code ive been getting .. Since its not a 30fe im going to the sensors first so i cleaned the map and boost pressure sensor (seem to be the same parts one in cp and other in IM) .. Also one of the intake pipe to my airbox was loose soo i snugged that up .. Now .. Im getting codes for all four 02 sensors and ive blown the fuse twice now .. What could i have done wrong ?

i did clean the sensors with just a reg throttle body cleaner..is it possible that this cause the map to lean out the system and burn out the heater core on the 02s ? if so could i get away with just replacing the 2 sensors or could i have fried the o2 heater cores ?
