So my car is complete crap

Seriously
B.itching
M.oaning
W.hinning
Doesn't even begin to describe my feelings towards this car.

Housing gasket is leaking $1158.87
Transmission leak is $984.54

Anyone know where I can replace or get these things fixed for cheap?

As of right now, this is the first and last bmw I will buy.

How old is the car and how many miles are on it?

Don't get the repairs done at the dealer. Go to a good independant shop in your area.

You can't judge a brand reputation based off of one bad car or experience.

Post in your regional forum for some reputable shops to do some price shopping.

Sorry you're having issues with the car, but BMW's can be expensive when not under warranty.

I bought the car one month ago, it's a 2007, and everything has been wrong with this car, it's not just one experience.

You sure about that because there is no reason an alternator should cost 650.00

I'd get $500 off bc the dealer is a friend of a friend. I doubt anyone can give me a better deal. This car is just pissing me off, it drives and handles well, it's pretty to look at, but bmw is know for their terrible maintenance records.

My buddy owns a shop in the city and has worked on quite a bit of BMW's including 335's. I can guarantee you he won't overcharge you for those repairs.

2k -500 for leaky gasket still sounds high..

Why do you just try and check with a good local indy dealer.. Check their ratings because even 500 off of RIP off is still a rip off. lol

Where is the transmission leaking from? And when you say housing leak you mean bellhousing or what?
