Do NOT buy Wayne's Towels

I'm afraid I have to report that after nearly two months, Wayne, of Wayne's Towels has taken my money and never delivered the product. He also does not answer my emails. If anyone knows a good reason this might be so, please let me know, but otherwise - I recommend against anyone sending this dude money.

Unfortunately I was a nice a guy and gave him so long to come through that I can't get my money back through PayPal. Caveat emptor...

That's strange. I know Wayne from other boards (primarily the detailing section at roadfly.com) and he seems to have a good reputation with regards to customer service.

Are you sure he has recieved your emails? Have you tried calling him? I'd go to roadfly and post a message for him to call or email you.

just call your credit card company - tell them it was internet fraud and they will reverse the charges. vendor has to supply proof of delivery.

I, too, have to vouch for Wayne's service and I have to think there's been a disconnect somewhere. That doesn't sound like him and I've been using his products for years. Please let us know what happens.
