I'll be doing the swap myself.

Just so people know. MFactory supply a "plug and play" option for all LDS's. It's a 'simple' case of taking your internals out of the pumpkin and putting the new ones in. Then send your internals back to them for reimbursement of the deposit.
If anyone is thinking of this buy, I strongly suggest you get in-touch with Stephen and ask about their "special" deals..

You going to be doing other peoples swaps too mate...

We won't have anything in the UK for the DCT until around Apr/May unfortunately.

Same with the 335D guys so we will have to wait a little longer. But hopefully will be worth it as it should be cheaper than the £2k options with the Wavetrac and Quaife.

May will actually be a good date for me to be considering it. 2 months to recover from the meth kit purchase and car insurance hit.

AWSAWS, I have Quaife on my car, if I decide to strip it out, we could arrive at some sort of a deal, I've got DCT too, would be a direct swap, no machining nonsense, let me know if that interests u

If you have a bolted AT, which i believe you do... They have availibility now. As it's just the standard bolt up diff that you require.

...and you'll really appreciate it in worse conditions. Cold, wet, salty roads where the wheel slip is more likely.
